Welcome Back Dragons!
We're so happy to see you all again!
We have a few updates and reminders for you regarding your student chromebooks, please read on!
1. The student chromebooks probably need to be updated. After logging in the chromebook, please shut the device down by clicking on the time in the bottom right corner of your screen, choose to Restart. This will install any updates. Please plan to do this often so it keeps the device up to date.
2. Chromebook Insurance- now that your students have their devices, please consider purchasing the optional insurance for the device. The insurance only costs $19.33 and covers any kind of damage (except for loss) through next August. You can purchase it using the info here (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MJVHEISFQEuovoTp6V999k_-20W7N9_jp9h5Z9fsOy0/edit?usp=sharing), it MUST be purchased by October 3, 2020.
3. Come to school ready-make sure you have your students' chromebooks fully charged and ready for school everyday. Keep it in the carry case to prevent damage. You can use either a disinfectant wipe or a microfiber cloth coated with diluted rubbing alcohol (equal parts water and alcohol) for keyboards and the outside of the device.
4. Tech Support-If you need help, have questions please:
-submit a help request here (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScBLPVISOTfdBGamUwcu0iQSE4iSzl5JZsPwA9mDga4rX1BkA/viewform?usp=sf_link) or
-send an email to: webmaster@pembrokecsd.org with your concern and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Thank you! Mrs. Maisano
